TAVELO Arow – Aero Road Bike Custom Build
The TAVELO Arow is an aero road platform developed in the wind tunnel, with a narrowed frontal profile and a lightweight carbon frame. Each THE BIKE LAB bike is supplied as a special-order custom build in the selected configuration.
Computationally Designed Speed
The Arow's design was inspired by the precision of an arrow. Thanks to precise calculations, the head tube has been narrowed and profiled to minimize frontal area and drastically reduce aerodynamic drag. The design goal is to reduce aerodynamic drag and energy demand at speed.
Lightweight and Stiff
The Arow combines an aero-focused frame shape with a relatively low frame weight. By using Toray T800 carbon fibers and advanced manufacturing processes, the RACE version frame weighs only from 820g, while retaining a race-focused carbon construction.

Customization and Fitting
The custom-build format allows key fit-related dimensions to be selected at the time of order. With every order, you have the option to choose parameters that require expensive replacements with other brands:
- AVRO GEN-1 Cockpit: Choose handlebar width (340mm / 360mm / 380mm / 400mm) and stem length (80mm to 140mm).
- RISE Option: Option to choose the TAVELO RISE cockpit for riders seeking a more comfortable, higher aero position.
- Crank Length: Choose 165mm or 170mm for optimal cadence and biomechanics.
- Design: Choose one of the stunning paint schemes, including Polestar Dazzling, Zebra Purple, Alpha Radiance or Alpha Coral
